Enphase is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to join our Services Business Unit in Bangalore, India. This IC role blends Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, and Services GTM & Monetization you will design the GTM plan and operate it end-to-end across the US, Europe, and Australia. Priority motions include Legacy MI to latest compatible MI, third-party to Enphase migrations, and Battery Attach for the existing solar base. You’ll also drive demand for our service programs (Enphase Care, Care Plus, Care Fleet, On-Demand) and upgrade programs (SPWR monitoring upgrades, gateway/micro replacements, cell modem/plan upgrades). This is a hands-on role: you will create the plans and the content yourself writing emails, banners, landing pages, articles, and web copy using strong taste and marketing acumen to maximize engagement and conversion.
 
What You Will Do :
  • GTM strategy & planning: Build segmentation (US/EU/AU), ICPs, value propositions, channel mix, pricing/promo guardrails, launch calendar, enablement plan, and KPI targets.
  • Growth plan for 100% YoY CAGR: Own a data-driven Growth Marketing plan aimed at ~100% year-over-year CAGR, including channel roadmaps, quarterly targets, budget allocation, and an experiment backlog (offers, pricing, creatives, journeys) to hit step-change growth.
  • Demand generation (own & operate): Orchestrate email, in-app (Enlighten), SMS, web/landing pages, SEO/SEM, and app banners; ensure tight message-to-page continuity with eStore.
  • Content creation (hands-on): Write marketing content emails, banners, landing pages, website copy, FAQs, in-app/web messaging, articles, and blogs to generate demand and improve conversion; apply a high bar for taste (clarity, benefit-first, brand voice, accessibility).
  • Offer & journey design: Build lifecycle journeys for Legacy MI upgrades, Third-Party migrations, Battery Attach, and services (Care/Care Plus/Care Fleet, On-Demand, SPWR monitoring, gateway/modem upgrades).
  • Lead engine & routing: Define MQL/SQL; implement lead scoring and routing in CRM; set response SLAs; partner with ISRs/CX for rapid follow-up and Installed by Enphase conversions.
  • Experimentation & growth: Run A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, copy, creative, timing, and offers; use holdouts/incrementality; scale winners across regions.
  • Enablement & sales partnership: Deliver playbooks, talk tracks, objection-handling, and email/SMS scripts; run feedback loops and joint QBRs with ISRs and PMs.
  • Analytics & reporting: Publish weekly dashboards for pipeline/booked revenue attribution, CTR/CTOR, CVR, CPA/CAC, AOV, MQL to SQL to Won, response SLAs, and time-to-launch.
  • AI-assisted execution: Use Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to draft GTM plans, copy/creative variants ie: Emails, banners and blogs, localization first-passes, QA checklists, and post-campaign summaries within privacy/security guardrails and with human review.
 
Who You Are and What You Bring
Education 
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience 
  • 12+ years in demand gen/growth/lifecycle marketing with end-to-end ownership from GTM plan to measurement.
  • Engineering product marketing experience bridging hardware/firmware features into clear customer value propositions and launch enablement is a plus.
  • Proven record of generating and routing leads at scale and partnering with ISRs/Contact Center to drive MQL to SQL to Won.
  • Experience launching upgrade/service motions in tech or energy across US/EU/AU is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge 
  • Mastery of GTM frameworks (segmentation, positioning, channel mix) and funnel/unit-economics metrics (CTR, CTOR, CVR, CPA/CAC, AOV, MQL→SQL, show rate, book rate, LTV/CAC).
  • Taste & marketing acumen: sharp editorial judgment, strong copywriting, and creative instincts that consistently lift opens, clicks, dwell time, and conversion while staying on brand.
  • Ability to translate technical offers (microinverters, gateways, batteries, Care plans, On-Demand) into simple, outcomes-focused messaging.
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and eCommerce conversion fundamentals.
Data & Tools 
  • Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; bonus for SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Incorta).
